Nine weeks, week by week
Footings
Dig, pour, inspect. Building control signs off the foundations before anything goes on top of them.

Steels in
Two 6-metre beams, craned over the house on a Tuesday morning. The old wall comes out the same week.
£ Stage 2 paid once steels are signed off
Watertight
Warm roof on, lantern in, sliders fitted. From here the weather can do what it likes.

Plaster
First fix done, boarded and skimmed. This is the week it stops being a site and starts being a room.
Snagging & handover
We walk the job with you, write the snag list together, fix everything on it. Then you get your house back.

You pay in stages, after each milestone. Never large sums up front. The quote is written down before we start and it doesn't move unless you change the job.
