A quiet corner of Alder House Clinic: a sage waiting bench, warm oak panelling and an alder sprig by the window.

The alder: a tree that grows fast in damp Surrey ground and strengthens whatever grows near it. It seemed right.

Who you’ll see

Three clinicians. No rotating strangers.

You see the same person each visit. Registration numbers are below each name, because you shouldn’t have to ask.

Dr Amara Osei, GP at Alder House Clinic

Dr Amara Osei

Dr Osei has a special interest in women's health and never runs the ten-minute clock you're used to.

Dr James Whitfield, GP at Alder House Clinic

Dr James Whitfield

GPGMC 7298410

Dr Whitfield spent twelve years in NHS general practice and reads your notes before you walk in, not while you talk.

Hannah Brooks, physiotherapist at Alder House Clinic

Hannah Brooks MCSP

PhysiotherapistHCPC PH109876

Hannah treats runners, gardeners and people who lifted the wrong box, and writes exercise plans people do.

Your first visit

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Book online

Two minutes, no account, any hour. Pick GP or physio, a day and a time. Done from the sofa.

  2. 2

    A real human confirms

Reception texts or calls the same morning to confirm, and asks if there's anything we should know before you arrive.

  3. 3

    25 minutes, unhurried

Double the appointment you're used to. Time to explain properly, be examined properly, and ask the second question.

  4. 4

A plan in writing, no upsell

You leave with a written plan and an itemised invoice. If you don't need a follow-up, we say so.

If you’re nervous

Many people haven’t seen a doctor in years and worry about being judged. You won’t be. Tell us when you book and we’ll go at your pace: a longer appointment, more explanation, no lectures.

Consulting room two at Alder House: two chairs facing each other, a glass of water on a low table, daylight through an arched window.

Consulting room two. Two chairs that face each other, because nobody opens up across a desk.

Imagine this with your name on it.

Alder House isn’t a real clinic, but everything on this page works: the booking flow, the symptom finder, the fee table you could edit yourself in two minutes. I build sites like this for a fixed price, in plain English, and you own the whole thing outright.
