Why this exists
My barber, Femi, lost £400 in one week of no-shows. Four empty chairs, four texts that never came. He didn’t need another app with eighty features. He needed the gaps filled.
So I built the boring bits properly: reminders that sound like a person, deposits that don’t make things awkward, a waitlist that does the chasing. His chair hasn’t sat empty on a Saturday since March.
