Work with me
No "book a call to hear the investment", no packages named after gemstones. Here is what I offer, what it costs, and who it suits. Start small if you're unsure.
One problem, one session, one written plan. Bring the thing that's stuck: your prices, an offer that isn't selling, a hire you can't decide on, a conversation you're dreading. We work through it live and you leave knowing what to do on Monday.
The best first step if you've never worked with a coach. If you go on to the six-month programme within a month, the £220 comes off the price.
The core of what I do. An hour together every two weeks, working through the business in the order that hurts most: pricing, workload, staff, the pipeline. Between sessions you make one agreed change; in the session we review it and set the next.
Rolling monthly. No minimum term, no tie-in: a month's notice ends it. Most clients stay eight to fourteen months.
For owners who already know this is the year they sort it. Everything in the fortnightly coaching, plus a proper start and a fixed horizon: we begin with a full review of the business and end with a plan you can run without me.
£1,900 paid up front, or £330 a month for six months. Paid up front it saves £200 against the monthly rate.
Pre-revenue startups. My method assumes a trading business with customers, income and a workload problem. If you're validating an idea, you need customers first, not a coach.
Anyone wanting done-for-you. I won't write your marketing, build your website or manage your team. I'll help you decide what they should do; the doing stays yours.
Businesses past about ten staff. At that size the problems shift from the owner to the management layer, and an operations hire or a specialist consultant will serve you better. I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere useful.
Anyone shopping for motivation. If what you want is a hype person, we'd both be miserable. My sessions are calm, direct and occasionally uncomfortable. Clients stay because things change, not because the sessions feel nice.
Why publish prices? Because you're an owner. You price things all day, and you know what "let's discuss investment" usually means. If £350 a month isn't in reach right now, the 90-minute session might be, and neither of us wastes a call finding that out.
What if it isn't working? Say so, and we stop. Coaching only earns its fee while things are changing. On the monthly plan you owe a month's notice and nothing more.
Do you do in-person? Sessions are over video as standard. For six-month clients within an hour of Epsom, the half-day at the three-month mark can be in person.
Book the call and describe where the business is. I'll tell you which of the three fits, or tell you honestly if none of them do.
