Weddings and family portraits · Surrey and Hampshire
No stiff line-ups, no two hours away from your guests. I work quietly, plan the group shots in advance, and give you a gallery that still holds up when the flowers are long gone.
Selected work
A handful of frames from recent weddings and family sessions. The full contact sheet is on the portfolio page.
The approach
We talk on the phone, then I visit the venue if I don't already know it. By the day itself I know where the light falls at four o'clock and where your gran will be sitting.
I stay at the edges. The group shots take twenty minutes because they were planned weeks earlier. The rest of the time, most guests never work out which one is the photographer.
A short preview within 48 hours, the full edited gallery within four weeks. You get the high-resolution files with printing rights, hosted online for a year to share as you like.
Kind words
The photos look like the day felt. My dad in bits during the speeches, my niece asleep under a table at midnight. Nothing posed, nothing missed.Emma and Rob, married at Loseley Park
"He was with us all day and I couldn't tell you where he stood. Then the gallery arrived and he'd seen everything."Sarah, Farnham
"Our two never sit still. Daniel walked round Alice Holt with them for an hour and the results are the ones on our wall now."The Mistrys, Godalming
Now booking 2027 weddings. 2026 has two dates left: ask about yours.
If I'm free, I'll hold the date for a week while we talk. Enquiries get a reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.

Packages
Straight numbers, so you can rule me in or out before we've spoken. The full guide is on the pricing page.
From eight hours on the day, a pre-wedding phone call and venue visit, plus a planned twenty-minute group-shot list.
Around an hour outdoors at a spot that suits you, walking rather than posing. Includes 20 edited images at full resolution.
About me
I picked up a camera at eighteen shooting friends' bands in Farnham and never really put it down. Ten years and around 200 weddings later, I still turn up early, still get nervous for the first dance, and still can't quite believe it's the job.
Off the clock I'm usually walking the dog around Frensham Ponds, scouting light for no reason at all. If you want to know what a wedding with me actually looks like, the portfolio page has the real thing, not a highlight reel.
FAQs
Most weddings are across Surrey and Hampshire, but I'll travel further for the right day. Ask, and I'll give you a straight answer on cost.
Yes, for larger weddings or where two angles matter, like a big ceremony or a marquee reception. It's an addition to the standard coverage.
A full wedding gallery usually runs to 400 to 600 edited images. Family sessions come with 20 as standard.
A short one for family groups is useful, and we build it together before the day. Beyond that I work quietly and let things happen.
