Common questions

How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes. Follow the README, connect the pieces, and it runs forever after that.

Does it send emails automatically?

No. It creates Gmail drafts that you review and send yourself. You stay in control of every message.

What if I don’t use Google Calendar?

Toggle it off in the Settings tab. The calendar integration is completely optional.

Can I change the form questions?

Yes. The automation doesn’t care what you ask — it pulls whatever answers your client gives.

Do I need the other products too?

No. The Onboarding Autopilot works on its own. But it pairs well with the Freelancer Client Kit and Invoice Chaser Dashboard if you want to cover more of your admin.
