I care what the website does for the business. Not only how it looks.

Before I design anything, I work out who the site is for, what they need to understand and what is stopping them taking the next step. That thinking shapes the words, the pages and the build.

01

Find the real problem

A prettier site will not fix a muddled offer. We work out what is getting in the way first.

02

Design the journey

The right information, in the right order, with a clear next step.

03

Measure the result

Enquiries matter more than page views. The site is built around the outcome you need.

FAQs

How much does a website actually cost?
Custom website projects start from £900. I work out what the business needs, then give you one fixed quote before we start. You do not need to choose a technical package first, and the agreed price does not move halfway through.
How long does it take to build?
Static sites usually take 2-4 weeks. Self-edit sites 3-5 weeks. E-commerce takes longer depending on what you're selling. I give you a firm date before we start and I stick to it.
Why hire you instead of using Wix or Squarespace?
You own the site outright. No monthly platform fees, and nothing stopping you from leaving with it whenever you want. It's faster, ranks better on Google, and it looks like your business, not one of two hundred sharing the same template.
Do you work outside Surrey?
Yes. I'm based in Surrey but my work happens remotely. If you'd prefer to meet in person, Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Epsom, Farnham, Dorking, Leatherhead and the rest of Surrey are easy.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes, if you need to. I can include a straightforward editing area for blog posts, testimonials, services or anything else that changes often. If your site rarely changes, you can email me when you need a hand instead.
What if I already have a website?
If it mostly works but has problems I can fix it. If it's broken or slow beyond repair, a rebuild starts at the same price as a new site. A free 20-minute call is how we figure out which one you need.
Do you do ongoing maintenance and SEO?
Yes. Every site starts with the SEO basics done properly. After launch, optional aftercare covers updates, monitoring and sensible improvements based on what people are doing. It starts from £75 a month with no long contract.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Every project includes revisions as part of the process. We start with a free consultation and a clear quote, so you can see how I work before committing. If I'm not a fit, you'll still leave with an honest answer and a clear next step.

Tell me what isn't working.

You do not need a technical brief. Tell me where you are stuck and what you want the website to do better. I'll reply with a useful next step.
