I'm Federica. I spent eight years as an engineer and product manager, including leading UX work at IBM. The job was working out what people need from a screen and making it easy for them to act. Now I do that for new businesses in Surrey. My portfolio is small because the business is new. The experience behind it isn't.
I work on my own from home in Woking, so there's no office or team to pay for. Each option is a fixed job, so it can have a fixed price. I'm also building my portfolio, and I'd rather work with good people at a fair price than wait for bigger jobs. The work isn't cut down to match the price.

No. The prices are what you pay. The only extra is your domain, about £10 to £15 a year, which you pay straight to the company you buy it from.
Half to start, and the other half when it's live and you're happy with it. I send an invoice for each half and you pay by bank transfer.
No. We talk for half an hour or so about your business and your customers, and I write the pages from that. You read them and tell me what to change.
Not directly. It's a simple, fast site with no editing area. You tell me what to change and I do it. That's free for the first month, and after that it's covered by the £20 a month help if you want it. If you'll be changing things every week, the £750 site with an editing area is the better fit.
