For solo founders who have outgrown DIY

Your website should win you business.

Looking good is part of the job. The bigger job is making the right person understand your value, trust you and get in touch.

Tell me what's going on, what you've already tried and what you want the business to achieve. I'll help you work out the right place to start, without pushing you towards work you don't need.

You'll own everything I create for you. No rented website, no being locked into a platform and no surprise fees just to keep using your own content.

One service, three starting points

Tell me where it hurts. I'll work out the right fix.

01

Replace the DIY site

Your business has moved on, but the website has not. I work out what customers need to see, what is stopping them enquiring and what the new site needs to do. Then I design and build it.

Custom website projects start from £900.

02

Make the current site work harder

If the foundations are sound, you may not need a rebuild. I can fix the slow pages, muddled message, awkward journey or weak enquiry flow that is costing you business.

Focused improvement work is £40 an hour, with an estimate first.

03

Keep improving after launch

A website is not finished because it is live. If you want ongoing help, I can look after it, track what people do and make sensible changes based on what is working.

Optional aftercare starts from £75 a month. No long contract.

Selling products, taking bookings or giving clients a private area can all sit inside the right project. If a small system behind the scenes would save you time, I'll say so. None of that needs to become another decision before we have spoken.

Fix what you have

Start with website rescue for faults, slow pages or a site that has become difficult to manage.

Starting smaller? Template hosting gives you a ready-made site that is set up, hosted and kept live for you.

Why product thinking matters

A website is a business tool, not a decorating job.

My career is in product management and UX engineering. I care about the awkward questions before a pixel moves: what success looks like, why a customer would choose you, where they hesitate and how we will know the site is doing its job.

The right problem

We start with the business. Who are you trying to reach? What do they need to believe? What should they do next?

A clear route to enquiry

Every page has a job. The words, structure and calls to action are built around helping the right customer choose you.

The right build

You might need a simple site, a shop, a booking flow or an editing dashboard. I recommend what fits instead of making you choose from technical labels.

A site you own

Your domain, hosting and website stay in your name. No platform lock-in and no paying forever to rent your own business online.

What happens when you enquire

  1. 01

    You tell me the problem

Your current site, your business and what you want to change. No technical brief needed.

  2. 02

    I recommend the scope

I'll tell you what I think is worth doing, what is not and why.

  3. 03

    You get one fixed quote

Clear work, clear price and no additions you did not agree to.

You have already done the DIY bit. You do not need to figure out the next bit alone.
