Strategy Session · £250, credited against any build

Three quotes on the desk, £800 to £12,000, and no way to tell which one is right.

Or you built it yourself, it looks fine, and the enquiries are still small. Either way: ninety minutes on the business and the customer about to spend thousands, then a written plan within three working days. Yours to keep, whoever builds it.

£250, comes off The Fix, The Build or The Bigger Build in full. Evenings and Saturdays are fine.

Not sure yet? Fifteen minutes on the phone, free, no plan at the end.

The £250 is taken before the call and credited in full against any build.

Three ways this starts

Three quotes, three different jobs

£800 from someone on Facebook, £4,000 from a local studio, £12,000 from an agency in Guildford. Each one describes a different website. None of them said which problem it was solving.

The sales call dressed as advice

You asked for an opinion and got a proposal. A free consultation is a sales call, and you still don't know whether the site is the problem, or the photos, the reviews, or the phone going to voicemail.

Paying to find out

The last time, you found out what was wrong with the plan after the site launched. That's the expensive way to learn it.

What the plan says

This is the part of the job I'd do anyway before designing a page. Paying for it on its own means you get the thinking without committing to the build.

Who the site is for

In one sentence. Not 'homeowners'. The person with £40,000 who's comparing three of you tonight.

What they need to see before they ring, and what's missing now

The gap between what your site says and what that person checks before they call.

The three things to change first, in order

And why that order. Sometimes the first thing is a Google profile with no photos, not a website.

Which pages the site needs and what each one has to do

A list you could hand to any builder, including me.

What it will cost, as one number

And what it costs to do nothing for another year, on your own job values.

If the honest answer is that your current site is fine and needs three small changes, that's what the plan will say.

Who it's for

Owners of businesses where one job is worth thousands: garden and landscape designers, architects and interior designers, builders doing extensions and lofts, kitchen makers, accountants and solicitors. Owners who've paid for a website before and had something go wrong, and who'd rather understand the problem before paying to fix it.

If you want a website and nothing else, I'm probably not the right person. Several good people in Surrey will build you one without the conversation first.

Things people ask before they book

Why pay for it? Everyone else offers a free call.

A free call is a sales call. This is ninety minutes of thinking about your business and a written plan you can act on without me. Paying for it means the plan is the product, not the sale. It comes off any build in full, and the free fifteen minutes is still there if you want to check we're a fit first.

What if the plan says I don't need you?

Then it says so, in writing, and you've paid £250 to not spend £2,950. That's the point of paying for the thinking first.

What do you need from me?

Ninety minutes on a call, your website address, and honest answers about what a job is worth and where the work comes from now. Evenings and Saturdays are fine.

How fast?

Three slots and a payment link within one working day. The plan arrives within three working days of the call.

What if I cancel the call?

Move it as often as you need. Cancel it altogether and the £250 comes back in full.

Is it credited against The Fix as well as The Build?

Against all three builds. The Fix has it inside the price already.
