Yes, and this is the bit that matters. The site is plain HTML and CSS files, and they're yours from day one. If you cancel, I send you the complete folder and the launch checklist that comes with the £99 version, and the site runs anywhere. Hosting with me is a convenience, never a hostage situation.
With a builder you're renting: stop paying and the site is gone, and you can't take it elsewhere. Here the monthly fee is for my time and the hosting, not for permission to exist. You also get a site built for your trade and quick to load, rather than a drag-and-drop page that ranks badly.
Registered in your name, always. If you don't have one I'll help you buy it (about £10 a year, paid by you, owned by you). I connect it; I never own it.
If you've bought one of the £99 templates and set it up yourself, yes, same fee. For sites from elsewhere, start with Website Rescue so I can check what state it's in first.
