The £99 templates come with a launch checklist: register a domain, set up free hosting, connect a form. It takes an afternoon, and plenty of people happily do it themselves.
This is for everyone who read that and thought absolutely not. You pick the template, fill in one form about your business, and the next thing you see is your website, live on your domain, with the SEO groundwork already done.
It costs less than a Wix plan, and unlike a Wix plan you can leave. The site is real files that you own. Cancel and I hand you the folder; it runs anywhere.
Content changes are yours to make: every page has the built-in editor (text, photos, colours), and I put whatever you send me live the same working day. If you'd rather I made the changes for you, that's Ongoing Support, from £75/month.
Choose from the five templates (salon, accountant, coach, trades, photographer) and answer an intake form about your business: names, prices, opening hours, photos. No calls unless you want one.

Yes, and this is the bit that matters. The site is plain HTML and CSS files, and they're yours from day one. If you cancel, I send you the complete folder and the launch checklist that comes with the £99 version, and the site runs anywhere. Hosting with me is a convenience, never a hostage situation.
With a builder you're renting: stop paying and the site is gone, and you can never take it elsewhere. Here the monthly fee is for my time and the hosting, not for permission to exist. You also get a site that's built for your trade and quick, rather than a drag-and-drop page that ranks badly.
Registered in your name, always. If you don't have one I'll help you buy it (about £10 a year, paid by you, owned by you). I connect it; I never own it.
If you've bought one of the £99 templates and set it up yourself, yes, same fee. For sites from elsewhere, start with Website Rescue so I can check what state it's in first.
