A builder rents you a website: monthly fee, their servers, their rules, and the day you stop paying it vanishes. This is the opposite. £99 once, the files land on your computer, and nobody can take them away or put the price up next year.

A personal plan on a builder like Squarespace or Wix runs about £16 a month once you take payments or need a proper domain. It adds up quietly, and you still don't own anything at the end of it.

How it works
Pick a template, pay £99 by bank (GoCardless Instant Bank Pay, no card details, one-off, nothing recurring). The download link lands in your inbox within a minute or two.
Open the homepage and click Edit this page in the corner. Type over the example text with yours. Click any photo box and choose a picture from your computer: it's resized automatically, no exporting, no image folders. Pick your colours. Download the page and you're done. Repeat for the other two pages, guided by the copy guide that comes in the kit.
What is required from you: registering a domain (about £10 a year), setting up free hosting (Netlify, covered step by step in the launch checklist), and connecting a form handler for enquiries. Budget an afternoon. It's yours outright once it's live, but getting it live is on you.
No setup, hosting or support from Federica is included at this price. If you get stuck, Website Rescue is £40/hour: separate, not included.
